All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact lapisdegrafito@gmail.com with photographed damage.

 

2) What if I want to request a piece?

You may submit a request through the Contact Me  tab and fill out the information requested along with your desired canvas, size, and content. Requests are made on a first come, first serve basis and completion dates may vary.  

 

3) I love my piece and would like to leave feedback. How can I do that?

I am very gratfeful for feedback! You may leave a comment through the Contact Me tab.

 

4) Once I purchase a piece, how long will it take to receive it?

Upon receipt of payment, the piece is shipped within 2-5 business days. The expected delivery time varies from 1-3 days. Please note: Larger pieces will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after purchase. 

 

5) The piece I wanted was already sold. May I request a copy or a print?

Each piece is unique and one of a kind. Unfortunately, I do not replicate, print, or resell any pieces. 

 

6) Are the photographs in the Gallery available to purchase?

Photographs located in the Photo Gallery section may be purchased by request located in the Contact me tab. Each photograph is priced at $25-$50. Upon receipt of payment, the orginal photo will be emailed as a electronic file to you. 

 

7) Which charities will my purchase benefit?

I choose different charitable organizations/nonprofits that are near and dear to my heart. Previous charities include the American Heart Association, Imminent Danger German Shepard Rescue, and the Flutie Foundation. If you would like Lapis De Grafito to suport your favorite chairty, please email me at lapisdegrafito@gmail.com. 

 

Upon receeipt of payment, the piece is mailed via Priority Mail through USPS on the following business day. Typical deliveries occur within 1-3 business days. Shipment confirmation will always be emailed to the  email address on file. 

5) What type of payments do you accept?

Through our website, we currently accept paypal and major debit/credit cards via the PayPal tab located at the bottom of the payment page.
